About The Role

Our F&B service professionals focus on delivering exceptional standards of service and ensuring memorable dining experience in Atlantis The Royal. Were currently recruiting for various roles across our best performing outlets and looking for energetic and motivated F&B enthusiasts to join the team as:

• F&B Attendant
• Waitress/Waiter
• Head Waitress/Head Waiter
  
  

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• sharing excellent knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• looking for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns
• ensuring the guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
• following through the standard sequence of service as per Forbes Guide and outlet SOPs
• applying positive suggestive sales approach to guide guest’s expectations and increase revenue
• serving as a link between bar, kitchen and service areas
  
  

About You

We are looking for energetic and resilient F&B service enthusiasts with previous experience in high volume environment, ideally with background in a 5* property. You should be comfortable interacting with guests and be able to carry the conversation in an engaging and professional manner. You will possess satisfactory beverage knowledge and have a proactive approach towards learning about new cuisines.
