We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, detail-obsessed, and service-driven F&B Associate to join our team. If you bring passion to the plate, thrive in a high-end environment, and genuinely love making people feel welcome, we want you on the floor with us!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, and polished service — every time
• Guide and support junior teammates while leading by example
• Master the menu and recommend with confidence (from signature dishes to wine pairings)
• Ensure every order is perfect, every guest is satisfied, and every shift runs smooth
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
• Help with opening/closing duties and keep the restaurant looking flawless all day

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of service experience in a luxury resort, club, or fine-dining restaurant
• Exceptional attention to detail and a heart for hospitality
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and allergens
• Calm and composed under pressure — even during the busiest services
• Team spirit, a positive attitude, and a readiness to go the extra mile
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Fluency in English (other languages are a big plus!)
