That’s why we’re looking for an F&B Attendant – Pool Bar & Beach Bar who is confident supporting a busy bar operation, preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests and keeping everything running smoothly from the first order to the last drink of the day.

● Supporting the daily bar operation, including opening and closing duties, bar set-up and preparation for service

● Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including basic cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, juices and other refreshments in line with established standards

● Taking food and beverage orders, making recommendations and ensuring orders are served accurately and efficiently

● Keeping the bar fully stocked with beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice and other supplies throughout the shift

● Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic bar, service station and surrounding pool and beach areas

● Checking stock levels and informing your supervisor of low supplies, breakages or equipment concerns

● Engaging naturally with guests, understanding their preferences and recommending drinks and menu items

● Handling guest bills, payments and transactions accurately when required

● Following responsible alcohol service, food safety, hygiene and health and safety requirements at all times

● Working closely with bartenders, kitchen colleagues and the wider F&B team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods

● Supporting poolside and beachfront food and beverage service whenever required

● Previous F&B or bar service experience, preferably within a hotel, resort, beach club, pool bar or similar environment

● Good knowledge of basic bar operations, beverage service, glassware and bar set-up

● Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

● Confidence engaging with guests and recommending drinks and food based on their preferences

● Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and in hot and humid weather conditions, while maintaining energy, presentation and service standards

● The strength to lift, push and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), which may also involve bending and kneeling

● A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths

● The flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

● Compliance with local requirements for food handling and serving alcohol

● Great communication skills with a warm, welcoming personality and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experience
