Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Facility Supervisor or similar managerial role is essential.
• Strong understanding of building management, maintenance procedures, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication abilities to interact with staff, vendors, and contractors.
