What You’ll Do
You will ensure the safe, efficient, and sustainable management of SAP facilities across assigned locations in the MENA region. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality workplace experiences, operational excellence, and sustainability objectives while acting as a trusted partner to local leadership and global stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across assigned locations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environments.
- Oversee vendor and service provider performance to ensure high service quality and cost effectiveness.
- Plan and control facility budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting in collaboration with controlling teams.
- Drive workplace experience initiatives and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards, supporting SAP’s ESG and Net-Zero goals.
- Lead or support real estate and facility projects such as relocations, refurbishments, and technical upgrades.
- Monitor facility performance through surveys, data insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global GRF teams and contribute to communication, engagement, and operational initiatives.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in Facility Management or a similar operational role.
- Experience managing complex or multi-country office environments (MENA experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of facility operations, vendor management, budgeting, and project coordination.
- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., FMP or CFM) is a plus.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and fire/life safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems (e.g., RE-FX, Corrigo, ESM).
- Fluent English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
