Job Description

The Facility Manager 28O25 is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining and overseeing the physical infrastructure of an organization. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues.

  • Prepare detailed reports on facility operations and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate renovation projects and oversee contractors during new construction.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and meet facility needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and reduce operational costs effectively.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation is desirable.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
