About The Role

The Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in making sure maintained site is well snagged and assists Facilities Managers in taking over areas from projects and resolves all issues on time. The Facilities Coordinator is a decision maker and takes steps in the interest of the client with proper communication.

• Responsible for maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical areas and makes sure that preventive
• Maintenance is done on time as per schedule
• Monitors working condition of all Electrical and Mechanical plant of the property
• To make sure that all work order and staff complaints are attended and completed on time
• Monitors daily utility consumption and takes steps to control it
• Takes lead role in Energy conservation program for the property and follows environmental policy of the
• Group
  
  

• Orientation & Induction of new employees
• Conducts and records technical job knowledge training
• Analyses training needs
  
  

• Active member of Emergency Response team for the property
• To monitor and record all engineering team members have gone through Fire, Life & Safety training program
• Based on property demand additional responsibility may be given
• To have complete understand of and adhere to the Building policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  
  

• Technical / Engineering Background. Bachelor / Dip in Engineering degree is a must
• Al least 3-5 years FM experience in UAE / GCC
• Relevant experience with vertical, multi-use buildings
• Good understanding of commissioning / handover experience in UAE
• Dashboards, reporting and communication is a must
• Excellent communication skills
