The position of an F&B Service Expert is crafted for those passionate about providing exceptional food and beverage services. As an integral member of the hospitality team, the F&B Service Expert is responsible for elevating customer dining experiences through attentive service, hospitality, and effective communication. Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service to enhance guest dining experiences positively.
  • Manage guest reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Offer detailed menu insights, including specials and dietary information.
  • Ensure timely and complete service, handling requests promptly and courteously.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee food quality and presentation.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining spaces.
  • Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and procedures.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Promote and upsell special dishes and beverages to guests effectively.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the dining area.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to improve service quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in reservation and Point of Sale (POS) systems is necessary.
