Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and direct them to their seats promptly and courteously.
• Present the menu, showcase specials, and answer guest inquiries regarding menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and convey them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and precise manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or concerns with empathy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and organizational flow.
• Process billing information and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses before service hours.
• Assist in managing the floor operations, supporting colleagues when needed for seamless service.
• Communicate regularly with management for any suggestions, guest feedback, or operational hurdles.
• Stay informed and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with composure.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent guest service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
