The Opportunity

EY‑Parthenon combines deep sector expertise with strong analytical capabilities and close client relationships. Our real estate practice supports sovereign wealth funds and leading developers in the region with their evolving business strategy throughout the real estate lifecycle. We are looking for real estate professionals with relevant experience (e.g. corporate finance, strategy, development, architecture, urban planning) to join our team. You should ideally have experience across one or more aspects of the real estate development lifecycle and possess deep expertise in one or more segments, including residential, retail, hospitality, or commercial real estate.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant in the Strategy Consulting practice, you will support Real Estate, Hospitality, and Tourism clients in shaping and delivering their strategic priorities. You will work across the real estate lifecycle on projects including strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept development, destination and tourism strategies, growth and market entry, valuations, transactions, and greenfield developments. The role involves contributing to major regional developments, supporting acquisitions and operator selection, delivering high‑quality analysis and insights, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Skills And Attributes

• A bachelors degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance. MBA from top business school will be a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy related work preferably real estate consulting, Real Estate advisory firms, or Real Estate development.
• CFA/CAIA/RICS qualification will be preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism with focus on strategy development, acquisition, due diligence, real estate valuation, loan underwriting, asset management, finance, and/or market research.
• High business acumen and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and focus on valuation and finance.
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region, when necessary.
