Your Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Startegy Analyst or Consultant, you will be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will work closely with clients to define the objective and scope of the engagements and deliverables in consultation with your seniors. You will spend most of your time working on projects such as long-term strategy roadmaps, growth strategy, market entry & expansion strategy, go-to-market strategy, business-wide digital transformation projects, commercial due diligence, and greenfield projects.

Your clients may include global corporates in the Emerging Technology, Governments and leading enterprises who need support on digital strategy, Smart City(s), eMobility, Sustainability, Decarbonization and Energy Transition advisory. The EY-Parthenon Strategy team typically works directly with C-Suite executives on their strategic and transaction decisions.

Skills And Attributes

In this role, you should be able to develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization. Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction. Collect, analyze, and translate large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into realistic plans, goals, and actionable and, collaborate and motivate junior team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.

Education and Qualification

• A bachelors degree from a top-ranking school/college with outstanding academic performance. MBA from a top tier business school will be a plus.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of work experience, within consulting or strategy-related work in Digital Strategy, IoT, Emerging Technologies, Smart City(s), eMobility, Sustainability and/or Energy Transition.
• Working on ‘big picture’ strategy projects with exposure to Digital Strategy, Digital roadmaps, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong drive and willingness to learn and apply technologies such as IoT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing & AI to address and solve complex business challenges.
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prior strategy consulting or in-house strategy experience with a particular focus on client advisory or strategic planning within a professional services firm or similar fast- paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to work remotely and to travel within the MENA region, when necessary (approximately 25-75% of time).
