An Exhibition Sales Executive is a dynamic and crucial role within our marketing and events team. This position demands a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who excels at handling sales responsibilities for exhibitions and trade shows. As an Exhibition Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aimed at attracting exhibitors and sponsors to our events. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that our exhibitions meet their objectives and deliver value to all stakeholders. The role requires exceptional sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and an ability to nurture strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet exhibition targets.
  • Identify potential exhibitors and sponsors through market research and networking.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing exhibition clients for repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with exhibitors, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials for exhibitions.
  • Attend industry events to generate leads and enhance industry knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to exhibitors before, during, and after events.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and adjust tactics.
  • Guide exhibitor setup and ensure compliance with event regulations and standards.
  • Organize post-event feedback sessions with clients to improve future exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in exhibitions or events.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for data management.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally to attend exhibitions and meetings.
