Job Description

The Executive oversees the maintenance, cleaning schedules, and repair works for domestic and industrial water tanks. They serve as the technical lead for facility systems, ensuring that water supply remains uninterrupted and meets strict health and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of water storage systems, including pumps, filtration units, and level sensors .
• Coordinate periodic cleaning and disinfection per municipality regulations; ensure water samples are collected for laboratory testing to confirm potability.
• Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules for tanks (GRP, steel, or concrete) to prevent leaks, corrosion, or contamination.
• Supervise third-party contractors during tank relining, repairs, or waterproofing works; review service reports and verify work completion.
• Maintain detailed logs of water consumption, chemical usage , and maintenance history for facility audits.
• Act as the first point of contact for water-related emergencies, such as pipe bursts, pump failures, or contamination alerts .
