Roles & Responsibilities

• Handling the entire operational pipeline management
• Check SO technically made by SO processor as per the requirement of customer
• Check commercial conditions is in line as per the company policy
• Ensuring resolving of queries regards to sales order with regular follow up with sales team
• Monitoring & maintaining of all Orders on daily basis to avoid any escalation/delay.
• Updating of Materials on timely basis to sales team to fulfil the customer requirement / to improve the delivery timeline.
• Ensure closure of customer complaints within 24 hrs
