Job Description

The position requires creativity, agility and an ability to craft strong social messaging that sets us apart and drives real impact and will be responsible for scheduling and posting awesome content. We also need someone who knows just how to build an engaged community; looking for opportunities to jump on trends and deliver customer insight-led content and messaging.

Responsibilities

• A strong understanding and passion for Social Media is fundamental with Community Management at the core. You will need to be positively buoyant, resilient and up for a challenge,
• Experience in social & community management coordinating, managing and responding across different social media platforms.
• Good understanding of posting brand content and responding on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok channels.
• Clear knowledge of the social media landscape and optimization of content on key channels
• Using software and tools i.e., Sprinklr to schedule content and manage the social community.
• Reporting on social media performance including sentiment and establishing benchmarks.
• Be socially native with great communications and writing skills.
  
  

• 2+ years in social media experience
• A passion for all things social!
• Proficient with social media management and analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram , TikTok and YouTube including analytics.
• Experience with briefing and reviewing creative assets.
• A curiosity to learn new things and challenge ways of working.
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills – English & Arabic a Plus
• Confident presentation skills
• High level of organisational, time management, prioritisation and multi-tasking skill.
