Job Description

Sales Executive identifies upcoming construction projects, builds relationships with developers, consultants, and main contractors, and secures a spot-on tender invite. This role requires a blend of commercial grit and technical understanding of building processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new projects through construction intelligence platforms
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a network with Property Developers, Architects, Main Contractors, and Government authorities.
  • Tender Management: Work closely with the Estimating and Quantity Surveying teams to ensure bids are competitive and submitted on time.
  • Client Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and pitches to project stakeholders, highlighting the company’s track record, safety standards, and USP.
  • Site Visits & Meetings: Attend site coordination meetings and pre-qualification meetings to represent the company’s commercial interests.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, payment schedules, and project timelines to ensure profitable and feasible agreements.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, new material technologies, and shifts in green building regulations (ESG).

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience specifically within the construction, MEP, or building materials sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a technical field like Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
