Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and social selling.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable AI solutions.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay informed about AI technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent HireStella AI.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience for Sales Executive or 5+ years for Sales Manager in B2B sales.
  • Experience in selling SaaS, AI solutions, software, cloud services, or technology products is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them in business terms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
