Sales & Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Executive – Business Development to drive growth for Medhaj Group across the GCC region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with government authorities, developers, and key stakeholders, and supporting the preparation of proposals, tenders, and consultancy assignments in sectors such as infrastructure, water, energy, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in consultancy/PMC/PMU environments, strong knowledge of GCC markets, Arabic communication skills, and a valid driving license, along with the ability to build strategic relationships and contribute to business expansion.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Management / relevant field
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Business Development within consultancy / PMC / infrastructure sectors
• Strong exposure to GCC market, preferably UAE
• Arabic speaking ability – Mandatory
• Valid UAE / GCC Driving License – Mandatory
• Proven track record in securing consultancy assignments or supporting bid wins
• Strong understanding of government procedures, tendering processes, and regulatory frameworks in GCC
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
  

  Key Responsibilities: but not limited to the followings

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC markets, particularly in UAE
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, developers, consultants, and contractors
  • Track and analyze upcoming tenders, RFQs, EOIs, and vendor registration opportunities
  • Lead preparation and submission of proposals, EOIs, and techno-commercial bids
  • Coordinate internally with technical teams for proposal development and project positioning
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence mapping
  • Support strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and consortium building
  • Represent Medhaj in client meetings, industry forums, and business events
  • Ensure alignment with organizational growth strategy and revenue targets
