Assist in in establishing Standard Operating Procedures for all departments to ensure consistent process control and management to improve quality of product and service offered by the company. 2. undertake routine measurements, checks and audit on all company procedures, materials, equipment and chemicals to ensure they comply and conform to relevant standards and company policies and procedures. 3. oversee the Collection all quality control and related records, samples for storage and archive them securely to ensure availability for analysis by relevant departments. whenever required. for inclusion in quality control awards FSC audit. 4. Monitor routine Transactions and security procedures to ensure integrity and compliance to company policies and procedures and issue NCRs where necessary . 5. Conduct training to all operative employees to ensure that they are well equipped with the latest technical knowledge in print innovations and market trends. 6. Enforce the health and safety policies and procedures in order to ensure that employees observe work place safety rules and mitigate against hazards, eliminate work place accidents and near misses. 7. Execution of ballot projects with zero defects 8. Customer complaint analysis
