About the Job

• Support the successful delivery of projects by monitoring progress, tracking milestones, and helping ensure key deadlines are achieved. 
• Coordinate project governance activities, maintain project documentation, and ensure information is accurate, organised, and accessible.
• Prepare clear presentations, status updates, and reports that provide stakeholders with visibility of project performance and progress. 
• Facilitate project meetings, record actions and decisions, and support effective communication between cross-functional teams. 
• Assist with identifying project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns to help maintain project timelines and objectives. 
• Support quality and compliance reviews by helping ensure project deliverables align with required standards and specifications.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project records.
• Contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and best practices. 

About You

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in preparing reports and coordinating meetings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different functions and support project delivery objectives.

Desired

• Previous exposure to project coordination, project administration, PMO, or related environments.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, or reporting practices.
• Experience developing presentations and reporting dashboards for stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with risk tracking, documentation control, and project governance activities.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic achievements and a keen interest in project management are encouraged to apply.
