JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor inventory and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner as needed
• Process order in the parts DMS, track orders and liaise with the shipping or courier company
• Receive consignment and ensure unloading is on time and without any damages
• Manage advanced warehousing with proper parts forecasting
• Maintain religious physical stock count and inventory
• Report any discrepancies found on the items received and take corrective actions
• Prepare a spectrum of inventory report and analysis for the National Aftersales Operations
  
  

• Process stock transfer with proper system documentations and log
• Ensure items transferred are inspected and defect free prior to transfer to the branch stores
• Monitor fast running items and prepare quotation prior to raising an order
• Manage the warehouse and ensure items are maintained in the system with proper binning number
• Monitor stock ageing
• Maintain parts pricing
• Attend trainings conducted by the Manufacturer and must cascade the same training received related to parts to the technical and parts team
  
  

• Mechanical Engineering and alike
• Drivers License
• Advanced Warehousing
• Proficient in Microsoft D365
• 3+ Yeas of exp in Spare Parts management
