Responsibilities

Supporting Operations Executive role

Main Tasks

Create booking orders and vouching delivered campaigns
Create new Client/Brand/Vendors via system
Collate vendor/client documents
Comfortable working with numbers and operational systems
Book client campaigns accurately in the system
Process vendor and client invoices
Manage billing and reconciliation activities

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required

College Graduate
Any general experience in finance /operations is a plus
Any experience in a media agency is a plus
