Core Duties and Responsibilities

- Manages the key press, answers security-related enquiries, performs surveillance at the command centre and operates security systems.
- Oversee departmental operations across the company, ensuring production efficiency and high-quality output deliverables.
- Assists law enforcement, and manages incidents and emergencies
- Supervise the daily operations of staff in-house and outsource to ensure all standards are maintained
- Assisting in handling projects, and providing updates and follow-ups.
- Write reports concerning department activities and submit them to the Line Manager
- Carry out briefing sessions about event information and the scope of work as required
- Assisting the Manager task if any.
- Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security, Health & Safety requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge
Formal Education
High School or Graduate
Work Experience
2 years’ experience in similar profession
