Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive – Key Accounts to join our team and support the leasing and property management operations.

Role Purpose

The role focuses on acquiring and managing tenants, ensuring targeted occupancy and retention rates while strictly adhering to company guidelines and SOPs. This position requires strong relationship-building, negotiation skills, and market awareness to contribute to departmental success.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage new leasing, renewals, and day-to-day property management activities

✔️ Establish and maintain relationships with companies and brokers to generate leads

✔️ Handle incoming client inquiries and provide accurate information

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔹 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

🔹 Experience in leasing, and property management is a plus

🔹 Detail-oriented with a structured and proactive approach
