Job Description

Lead the development and execution of private banking growth strategies across key markets
Manage and expand a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) clients
Drive revenue generation through tailored wealth management, investment, and lending solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as investment advisory, product specialists, and risk teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Identify market trends, client needs, and opportunities for new product development
Represent the organisation at networking events and industry forums

The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Director - Private Banking should have:

12+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred
Proven track record in managing UHNW/HNW client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
Deep understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth structuring
Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks within private banking
