Job Description

The Executive - Customer Service position is designed for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to interact efficiently with clients and resolve their inquiries and issues. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels to address their needs.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and improve service delivery.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints appropriately.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times with customers.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints precisely.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on improving customer service methods.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Report regularly to management on customer service activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience in customer-oriented fields.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt/respond effectively to different types of characters or personalities.
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must be highly motivated, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service.
  • Possess a customer-centric mindset, with genuine interest in helping people.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly relate solution strategies.
