About The Team
Our Career team partners with clients across industries to deliver innovative reward strategies, job evaluation frameworks, and incentive plan designs. We work collaboratively to solve complex challenges and drive impactful results.
What You Will Do
- Develop and advise on executive compensation programs and strategies
- Conduct job evaluations and compensation benchmarking
- Perform data analysis and modeling to support client recommendations
- Prepare reports and deliver insights to clients
- Design incentive and equity plans
- Collaborate with team members to deliver tailored client solutions
What You Need To Have
- 7–10 years of experience in rewards, compensation, or related fields
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Strong background in employee rewards and job evaluation techniques
- Experience in compensation benchmarking and compensation strategies
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
- Basic financial literacy (understanding income statements, balance sheets)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
