As an Executive Chef, you will oversee the culinary direction and strategic leadership of 9 distinctive award winning dining restaurants, including signature restaurants, specialty venues, lobby, banqueting, in-room dining and bespoke guest experiences.

You will be the driving force behind every plate served, every menu created and every experience delivered, ensuring that our culinary offerings continue to exceed the expectations of an international luxury clientele.

This role requires an exceptional balance of creativity, operational excellence and commercial acumen. You will lead a diverse culinary brigade, inspire innovation, champion world-class standards and collaborate closely with hotel leadership to elevate our award winning food and beverage program to even greater heights .

Responsibilities

Lead a World-Class Culinary Operation

  • Lead all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency and execution across the hotel.
  • Oversee the daily operation of 9 distinctive dining venues, each delivering a unique guest experience.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement throughout the culinary team.
  • Maintain the highest five-star luxury standards across all food production and service areas.
  • Collaborate on the development of innovative menus that showcase creativity, authenticity, and global culinary trends.
  • Continuously enhance dining concepts and experiences to exceed guest expectations.
  • Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to introduce memorable and market-leading offerings.
  • Foster a positive environment built on collaboration, respect and professional growth.
  • Identify and nurture future culinary leaders through coaching and development.
  • Inspire teams to consistently perform at the highest level.
  • Place guest satisfaction at the heart of every culinary decision.
  • Ensure every dining experience is memorable and exceeds expectations.
  • Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Actively respond to guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the management of food costs, labour expenses and operational efficiencies without compromising luxury standards.
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity and profitability.
  • Implement solutions that enhance both guest satisfaction and business performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP regulations.
  • Continuously elevate culinary excellence across the Hotel
