Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience to new heights. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the culinary team in delivering outstanding meal experiences.
  • Develop and design new menu items based on current food trends and customer feedback.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation and inventory management.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align food offerings with brand strategy.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to improve skills and performance.
  • Manage food cost and inventory control, ensuring optimal usage and minimal waste.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for high-quality ingredient procurement and cost savings.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections and rectify any safety or hygiene issues promptly.
  • Plan and execute special events, pairing creative dishes with unique experiences.
  • Regularly review customer feedback to make necessary improvements in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current culinary trends and modern cooking techniques.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in menu planning and food cost management is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Adept at problem-solving and troubleshooting kitchen operations efficiently.
