As we continue to build and grow our Dubai Hub, we're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our business.

This is far more than a traditional EA role.

Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you’ll become a trusted partner to our CFO and CEO, while helping to ensure the smooth running of our Dubai office. You'll be a trusted partner, coordinating priorities, managing complex schedules, supporting key meetings and helping leaders stay focused on what matters most.

You'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple markets, functions and time zones, building strong relationships and acting as a key point of coordination across the business. From preparing executive briefings and presentations to managing travel, events and communications, you'll play a vital role in helping our leadership team operate effectively.

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational skills, strong judgement and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. You'll be proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
