About the Job: EA and team admin for Transformation Office team

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in a fast-paced FinTech environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience supporting C-level executives, strong business acumen, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, high-growth organization. Experience in the FinTech or broader financial services/technology sector is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

Provide comprehensive calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executive leaders.

Manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics across multiple time zones.

Prepare, edit, and format executive presentations, reports, board materials, and communications.

Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Operational Coordination

Act as a key point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate cross-functional communication and follow-up on action items from meetings.

Support preparation for executive engagements, investor meetings, client sessions, and industry events.

Assist with project management tasks, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed.

Office & Administrative Efficiency

Manage expense reports, POs, invoices, and budget tracking.

Oversee document management, filing systems, and digital organization.

Drive process improvements to streamline administrative operations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Draft and proofread executive emails, announcements, and correspondence.

Build strong working relationships with internal teams, board offices, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Represent the executive’s office with professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership.

Prior experience in FinTech, financial services, banking, payments, or technology companies is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of tech-driven environments and ability to operate in a fast-moving, agile organization.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital productivity tools

Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

High level of confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
