Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support by managing a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.,Prepare and organize comprehensive travel itineraries and expense reports to ensure seamless execution of business travel.,Handle all incoming and outgoing calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate communication.,Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and collaboration.,Anticipate the CEO’s needs proactively and address them with discretion and efficiency.,Execute errands and personal tasks as required to support the CEO’s daily operations.,Review and analyze legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Assist with legal research and due diligence processes to support informed decision-making.,Coordinate with external legal counsel and attorneys to streamline legal workflows and communications.,Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure a fully functional and organized workspace.,Manage office systems and procedures to uphold operational efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant,Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Google Workspace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail),Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Attention to detail and accuracy,Experience working in a corporate setting,Knowledge of project management tools,Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
