Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our senior executives, helping them to effectively manage their schedules and optimize productivity. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize necessary documents and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to support executive decision-making processes.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and executive travel arrangements.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments and projects to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain highly confidential files and records, ensuring accurate and secure data management.
  • Track and report on key business metrics and assist in budget preparation.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on various projects and initiatives on behalf of executives.
  • Liaise with departments across the company to facilitate interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support, including document review, editing, and formatting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated capacity to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
