Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and manage daily operations.
  • Maintain and coordinate complex schedules, including meetings, travel, and appointments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and clients or stakeholders.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute professional business correspondence and presentations.
  • Organize and facilitate communication with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of executive meetings and events.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive materials with discretion and integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain the executive's contact lists and communication records.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and logistics efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and summaries for executive team review.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and postal mail.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by the executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain positive working relationships.
  • Flexibility to manage a variety of tasks and change priorities as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
