Your morning is dedicated to the seamless orchestration of the Head of Market & Strategy office, managing complex calendar alignments and prioritizing high - stakeholder communications to ensure the team’s leadership remains focused on regional growth. By midday, your focus shifts to audit the quarterly OKR progress across different countries and MEA functions, identifying gaps in horizontal or vertical alignment. In the afternoon, you’ll be streamlining administrative workflows and maintaining the team’s priority roadmap, ensuring the entire M&ST function and the MEA Hub overall, operates as a lean, performance - driven unit.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Executive PA & Office Mastery: Serve as the primary personal assistant to the Head of M&ST, managing all administrative tasks, including complex scheduling, travel, and the proactive management of internal and external stakeholders.
- OKR Hub Orchestration: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the ONE MEA OKR methodology, ensuring that quarterly initiatives across countries and functions are aligned with the MEA Hub’s goals.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for the M&ST team, orchestrating cross - functional meetings and ensuring seamless integration between strategic priorities and daily operational execution.
- Digital & Performance Enablement: Identify and prioritize digital/AI use cases to boost the Hubs operational performance, acting as a bridge to the Digital Core to monitor the adoption of new tools.
- Strategic Roadmap Maintenance: Maintain a real - time roadmap of M&ST team priorities and deliverables.
