About the Role:

We are looking for a Associate to support Endeavor Entrepreneurs and Scale-up (pre-selection, early stage) companies across the UAE portfolio. This role is highly strategic and hands-on, focused on understanding founders’ challenges and activating Endeavor’s network to drive meaningful outcomes.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to build strong relationships with founders, deliver high-quality, relevant connections, and drive real impact on companies’ growth journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage a portfolio of entrepreneurs, acting as a strategic thought partner throughout their growth journey;
• Build deep, trust-based relationships with founders, developing a strong understanding of their business models, growth levers, and key challenges;
• Analyze companies with a structured and critical approach, identifying pivotal moments (critical business challenges), growth bottlenecks, and strategic priorities;
• Design and execute tailored support strategies, leveraging Endeavor’s network to connect founders with the most relevant mentors, investors, and operators;
• Own the end-to-end connection journey, from problem identification to expert matching and follow-through, ensuring high-quality interactions and tangible outcomes;
• Track and interpret key company and portfolio metrics (e.g., growth, fundraising, talent, engagement), translating data into actionable insights;
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and servicing methodologies, contributing to the scalability and effectiveness of Endeavor’s model;
• Organize and facilitate events, workshops, and peer-to-peer circles, curating relevant content and moderating discussions to drive meaningful exchange among entrepreneurs;
  
  

Engage actively with the UAE and MENA tech ecosystem, staying close to market trends, key players, and opportunities for founders.

Who you are:

• 3-5 years of relevant of relevant experience in business, consulting, venture capital, finance, or international development;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills;
• Strong communication in English (used for reading, creating materials, and participating in meetings/events).Position Details:
  
  

It will be a Plus:

• Background in accelerators, venture capital, or founder support organizations (e.g., Endeavor or similar);
• Experience in the MENA startup ecosystem.

• Start date: May/June
• Location: Dubai (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 flexible)
