EWS Support Manager – UAE Nationals

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our IWPB team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In This Role, You Will

  • To have the ownership and Governance of the EWS Management Tool
  • To support the EWS team members with their service inquiries and escalations.
  • To work closely with CAMs and advisors from EWS to provide solutions to clients the advantage of our services and driving better customer experience.
  • To drive sector led strategies that will help in better management of complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
  • To contribute to the effective training and development of staff under the Job holder’s control.
  • Provide information security guidance and advice to a broad range of internal customers.
  • Build high standards of external & internal customer service, efficiency & productivity in line with strategic & operating objectives
  • Support other cross line businesses within the IWPB world such as, Premier and Wealth.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the sector and work closely with the EWS team to drive better wallet share
  • Ensure that sales & operations are undertaken in accordance with HSBC Bank plc. FIM and Credit Policy lending guidelines
  • Comply with local regulatory requirements
  • Support to CCS team for streamlining activities and related projects and part of multiple weekly working groups/ calls with the EWS stakeholders
  • Investigate Compliance Account closure report on a monthly basis
  • Enhance working synergy with other channels within IWPB

  • A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE
