What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Events Manager, you will support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions and client experiences while ensuring projects are delivered according to Maison standards.

In This Function

• You will coordinate and execute events, exhibitions and client experiences from planning through completion, bringing a creative opinion while ensuring excellence in execution.
• You will manage suppliers, agencies and logistics to ensure seamless event delivery, following internal processes.
• You will prepare event briefs, timelines and post-event reports while tracking project progress.
• You will monitor budgets, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain accurate documentation.
• You will collaborate 360° with Market Marketing, Retail, Operations and Regional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to Maison standards.
