Estimator Senior - Civil

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Estimator - Civil to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of civil construction projects, analyzing project requirements, and preparing competitive bids.

Job Responsibility

• Analyzing project plans and specifications to determine the overall scope of work
• Conducting site visits to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimations
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Utilizing estimating software and tools to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Identifying potential risks and opportunities in the project scope that may impact costs
• Presenting and defending cost estimates to management and clients
• Keeping abreast of market trends and industry standards to ensure competitive pricing
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Must be a candy user.
• Proven 10 Years of experience as an Estimator in the civil construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Professional certification (e.g. Certified Cost Professional) is a plus
