Estimator – Interior Fit-Out 25J25

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator specializing in interior fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project specifications fully.
• Gather and evaluate material costs and labor estimates from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare detailed project budgeting and forecasting reports.
• Prepare tender documentation and participate in bid evaluations and subcontractor selections.
• Maintain an updated database of costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project profitability.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure all necessary components are accounted for.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to enhance collaboration.
• Provide detailed engineering knowledge and support during the life cycle of the project.
• Assist project managers in the preparation of scopes of work and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with industry and company safety standards during project estimations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in estimating interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, costing, and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interface with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
