Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural plans and specifications for accurate quoting.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fitout construction projects and tenders.
• Analyze project requirements and collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing.
• Assess construction project risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Utilize estimation software to generate financial models and scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum of five years experience as an estimator in a fitout environment.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and interior fitout techniques.
• Proficiency in estimation software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical aptitude for accurate cost calculations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and negotiation.
