Estimator (fit-out)

QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Holder of bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture/ Holder of Quantity Surveying Degree
• Min 2years of UAE experience in a similar position with Fit-Out background

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure completeness of documents and drawings required for the tender
• Study all aspects related to the tender
• Conduct a quantity take off to verify bills or quantify the work
• Pre-tender negotiations with major suppliers and subcontractors
• Preparation of all documents in accordance with the procedures for tender submission • Send out enquiries for pricing
• Addressing queries to the consultant for the clarification of any ambiguities/ passing on information to the subcontractors & suppliers where necessary.
• Conduct pre-tender site visit
• Preparing rate built up of rates and prices for review by Senior
• Update pricing database and monitor productivities and ensure the project is executed as per budget.
• Preparing bid summaries with technical and price comparison.
