Estimation Engineering (225-910)

As an Estimation Engineer, you'll play a vital role in projects by determining the costs associated with various construction or manufacturing efforts. You'll work within the project management team to create accurate cost estimates that guide budgeting and planning decisions. Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to create comprehensive cost estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of three years of experience in cost estimation or similar roles.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, ProEst, or similar applications.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to assess complex projects accurately.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
