Job Description

An Estimation Engineer plays a crucial role in the construction and engineering sectors, where accurate cost forecasting is essential for the success of projects. The primary responsibility of this position is to estimate the costs associated with large-scale construction projects by analyzing various factors including labor, materials, time, and potential risks. The Estimation Engineer collaborates with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that the estimates align with project goals and budgets. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in estimation or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools like AutoCAD or MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
