Responsibilities
Analyze and design ERP solutions to meet specific business needs and objectives.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot ERP systems for optimal performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
Provide training and support to ERP system users across different departments.
Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure seamless ERP integration.
Create detailed documentation and user manuals for newly implemented processes.
Regularly assess ERP systems to determine areas needing improvements or updates.
Monitor ERP system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Coordinate with vendors to address technical issues and system enhancements.
Facilitate data migrations and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Create and execute project plans for ERP implementation and upgrades.
Advise management on best practices for ERP utilization and data management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Excellent communication skills to interact efficiently with various stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and business process optimization.
Experience documenting business processes and translating them into system specifications.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure as pertains to ERP system integration.
