Job Description

As an ERP Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth by driving the sales process for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of sales prospects. This role requires an understanding of ERP systems and their applications across various industries, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills to convey the benefits of our solutions effectively. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, technical teams, and upper management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the strategic goals of our organization. Your insights from the sales process will also help us improve our products and tailor our services to better meet market demands.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads for ERP solutions to expand client base.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational targets.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with existing and potential customers effectively.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to business stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Work alongside technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met adequately.
  • Track and report sales progress, utilizing CRM tools for accurate forecasting.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to increase brand awareness.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and developments in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP software sales experience required.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their business applications essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills critical for success.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
