Job Description

As an ERP Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our company's growth by leading the sales efforts for our enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of dedicated sales professionals, and working closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. Your role will be crucial in understanding the needs of potential clients, educating them on the benefits of our ERP solutions, and ultimately closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in ERP solutions sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for our ERP solutions.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends to present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional sales support.
  • Monitor sales metrics to assess team performance and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with product development to align sales strategies with offerings.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in ERP solutions sales with a successful track record.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market data to influence strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage prospects and client data.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
