ERP Implementation Consultant - Manufacturing

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

1+ years (preference for experience in the UAE)

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems.
• Understanding of production planning, processes, and costing.
• Accounting knowledge related to various ERP modules
• Ability to understand customer business processes and map them to the ERP system.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with programming languages (SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Excellent communication skills.
  
  

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing ERP systems, including how different modules (production, inventory, sales, purchase, finance and hr) interact and flow together.
• Experience in customizing and configuring ERP software to meet specific manufacturing needs.
• Accounting knowledge related to various ERP modules, including sales, purchasing, inventory, and production
  
  

• Understanding of production planning, production process, costing, inventory management & quality control.
  
  

• Skills in managing ERP implementation projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management.
• Gather and Analyse the requirements to identify key functionalities that the customer is looking for in the ERP system. This includes understanding their business processes and how they operate
• Create a clear mapping between the customer’s requirements and the corresponding features of the product. This may involve using tools like requirement matrices or gap analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and IT.
• Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that customer insights are incorporated into product enhancements and marketing strategies
  
  

• Prepare demonstrations or presentations that highlight how specific product features can address the customers unique challenges and deliver value to their operations.
• Familiarity with programming languages and tools related to ERP systems (SQL Server, Html, JavaScript, jQuery).
  
  

• Preference will be given to candidates who are currently working in the UAE or have prior experience in the region. This ensures familiarity with the local market and business practices.
