Environmental Engineer

The Environmental Engineer develops and implements sustainable solutions for environmental challenges related to construction, waste management, pollution control, and regulatory compliance. Working within UAE environmental frameworks, the role requires fieldwork, assessments, and collaboration with regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to environmental laws and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental impact assessments for new and ongoing projects.

• Design solutions to mitigate environmental risks such as pollution and waste.

• Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

• Monitor air, water, and soil quality and implement corrective actions when required.

• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory approvals and audits.

• Advise project teams on best practices for eco-friendly operations.

• Coordinate with governmental and non-governmental bodies on environmental matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in environmental analysis and compliance.

• Strong understanding of UAE environmental regulations and EIA processes.

• Experience with modeling and monitoring tools for environmental metrics.

• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
