The ideal candidate will move beyond theoretical AI pilots, deploying Agentic AI and Autonomous ERP features to deliver tangible business value through proactive anomaly detection and automated workflows. This position demands strong financial acumen, including regional P&L management and defining ROI for significant digital investments. You will lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of over 10 engineers and data scientists, ensuring all solutions comply with UAE digital sovereignty laws through robust Agentic Governance frameworks. 🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 10+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in project/program leadership roles.

▸ Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end integration and modernization of enterprise ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion).

▸ Proven expertise in integrating enterprise HRMS platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday).

▸ Hands-on experience implementing Agentic AI solutions, with a deep understanding of LLMs and RAG pipelines.

▸ Strong background in API-first architectures and experience with AI-native middleware for system integration.

▸ Proficient in vendor management with major providers like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft.

▸ Certified in PMP or holding a senior-level Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, CSM) with a track record of delivery in the GCC.

▸ Experience managing project/program budgets or a regional P&L, with a focus on calculating ROI for technology investments.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ In-depth knowledge of UAE digital sovereignty and data privacy regulations.

▸ Experience establishing and managing AI governance frameworks.

▸ Previous experience leading teams of 10+ technical professionals, including engineers and data scientists.

▸ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

▸ Experience presenting technology strategy to C-level executives.
